⑴Before opening the mill, check whether the circuit (current and voltage, etc.), oil circuit (lubrication of reducer, bearing, etc.), water circuit, etc. are normal! Then wear leather wrist guards (work with gloves is strictly prohibited), wear a mask for mixing operations, absolutely avoid waist ties, belts, rubber, etc., and don't wear clothes. Check carefully whether there is any debris between the large and small gears and rollers. When driving for the first time in each shift, the emergency brake device must be tested to check whether the brake is sensitive and reliable (if it is a knee-type device, you must be accustomed to touching your knee to the brake device). It is strictly forbidden to use the emergency brake device to shut down the car during normal operation. If two or more people are operating together, they must respond to each other and confirm that there is no danger before driving.
⑵The temperature rise speed should be controlled during the preheating of the roller, especially in the cold winter in the north, the outside of the roller is consistent with the room temperature, and high-temperature steam is suddenly introduced into the roller. The temperature difference between inside and outside may be above 120℃. It reaches 130.0~~I 50.OMPa, which has exceeded U.1=140.OMPa of cast iron. If the rubber material is added too early, the roller can be easily damaged under the superimposed action of the transverse pressure. For the sake of safety, the empty car should be preheated, and the empty car should be refueled and lubricated at the same time, and the material should be fed when the temperature is raised to or close to the set temperature. This needs to be emphasized to the operator.
⑶ The rubber material should also be checked before feeding. If there is hard metal debris, it is put into the rubber mixing machine with the rubber, causing the horizontal pressure to suddenly increase, which may cause equipment damage.
